Great coaches and motivating workout environment, but I was disappointed by how rigid the policies are. I missed my weekly goal because I was denied access to a class for arriving more than five minutes late. Unfortunately, traffic was severely backed up due to an accident that blocked the road to the gym. I arrived about 20 minutes late and asked if I could at least walk on the treadmill, but this was also refused due to policy. Have been using OTF for years. Recently redoubled our efforts to maintain a healthy lifestyle; OTF is a big part of that. The workouts here can be as challenging as you want them to be, or they can be as "comfortable" as you want them to be. There is a sense of community here as you work out and get to know one another. Aliana OTF is fabulous!!! My hubby and I joined in February. The staff have been consistent and are all amazing. I appreciate the professionalism and energy of all classes. The facilities are exceptionally well maintained.
