Took my first free class today and was impressed by the customer service. I walked in and was greeted right away. Very clean environment. You go in the door on the side of the road and park at the parking lot right next door. The coach Tiffany was energetic and encouraging throughout the whole process. I guess each day is different. I like how they provide you with the full experience for your first free session. You arrive 30 mins early and they give you a run down of all the classes.
