Customer service is horrible and not considerate at all. I love orange theory in general but this is the worse location I’ve ever been too!! DON’T EVER THINK THEY WILL BE EMPATHETIC!
Bad experience…they force me to buy heart monitor however I have another one and when I canceled my membership within first 3 days they refuse to return it ….
I was visiting from another studio and honestly the difference was noticeable. This location felt way more upbeat and talkative, and the overall energy was just better. My home studio is pretty bland and doesn’t really do much in terms of extra activities, so I loved things like the ‘map: you track miles—it was creative. Coaches were motivational and talkative.
