Not beginner friendly, but if you know what you're doing, you'd probably like it. The instructors were really nice and clearly knowledgeable, but if you're new to gym fitness, orangetheory is not the place to start. I was really excited to try going to a gym so it was kind of disappointing that I couldn't keep up. Wish I started somewhere less intense
They will never stop spamming your contact information. I had to call personally after repeated messages (texting STOP does not work). It stopped for a year and some change, then started up again.
I’ve been a dedicated OrangeTheory member who goes to the 6:15 a.m. class almost every day, but Cassandra, the manager at the Bethesda location, completely ruined my experience. I got into a minor accident on my way to class and still showed up at 6:21 — just one minute late — and she refused to let me in the class. Her attitude was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They make working out fun!! I’m in the best shape of my life.
Super friendly staff, great coaches, and awesome atmosphere! The team here is incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk in. The coaches are motivating and knowledgeable — they push you to do your best without ever feeling intimidating. The workouts are always high-energy, fun, and leave you feeling accomplished. The whole studio has such a positive vibe — definitely one of the best Orangetheory locations around!
