I’ve been a dedicated OrangeTheory member who goes to the 6:15 a.m. class almost every day, but Cassandra, the manager at the Bethesda location, completely ruined my experience. I got into a minor accident on my way to class and still showed up at 6:21 — just one minute late — and she refused to let me in the class. Her attitude was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They make working out fun!! I’m in the best shape of my life.
Super friendly staff, great coaches, and awesome atmosphere! The team here is incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk in. The coaches are motivating and knowledgeable — they push you to do your best without ever feeling intimidating. The workouts are always high-energy, fun, and leave you feeling accomplished. The whole studio has such a positive vibe — definitely one of the best Orangetheory locations around!
I LOVE Orangetheory! Not only is it an amazing hiit workout, but it is my "spiritual cleanse" from the long hours and crazy dysfunction of my job as a licensed healthcare Provider. I had been working out with a professional trainer for a year and have always been an athlete.But nothing compared to the change in my metrics like a dead with orange theory. Nonspecific HIIT training will radically change your body composition and take you to a whole 'nother fitness level like nothing else!! So, come in for a free class!
