Enjoy the class and teachers, had an issue with a missed class and management refused to help resolve the manner. This was the first and only class I missed, I truly did not sign up for this class and each missed class is ~$30 lost, and this was a self care gift i invested in. When emailing do help, I was ignored half the time and when they finally did respond, I was told they wouldn’t help me and the class was lost. I had a trial class. They asked me to arrive 30 minutes early; I told them that because of my schedule I couldn’t, but that I could arrive 20 minutes early, and they said that was fine. I arrived 22 minutes early and was told my class had been canceled why? I rescheduled two meetings in order to make it to the class. Don’t play with people’s time. I've been a member at Orangetheory Montclair for about 5 months and usually enjoy the workouts and coaches, but my experience on October 24th at the 8:30 AM class left me really disappointed. Before class started, I told the front desk that my heart rate monitor wasn't showing up on the screen. They told me they'd handle it and to go ahead and start class without it.
