The AC is ‘broken’ somehow only on warm days so they leave the doors open. Bad news for apartment residents: you can hear hear the music and instructors from across the street inside your own home. Loud loud loud! FOH staff are friendly on the phone but the afternoon/weekend instructors don’t care. Definitely not motivated to become a member.
Very disapointing experience at this studio and I will not be coming back. I love the coaches but the front staff is the reason this studio gets a thumbs down from me. Had planned a workout with my daughter and me, dropped her off and had to park far away. Ran back to the studio and even though I was checked in and the coach was cool with it, the very rude woman who works the front would not let me go to take the class. As if you can never make an exception. I will not be back at this studio after this treatment.
