很喜欢这样的健身环境，所有的教练和前台小姐姐都非常棒，但是星星的评分是因为有一个前台小姐姐的态度太差了，前两次她在摆弄all out 的贴纸，我进来登记说要lower ，她说12号，我说ok，我还重复确认了，但是她没有在登记本上写名字，等到运动开始后，发现我和另一位男学员撞号了，去问她，她说给我安排的是跑步机，而且rower已经没有号码了，而且她很不耐烦，这是她的错误。今天过来了，又是她负责登记，她也是没问我要选什么项目，而是说我的号码是6号，我一直说rower，她一直要往健身房那行写我名字，最后眼睛鄙视的给我写在了rower，我还没来的及说谢谢，她直接转头背对我，太恶劣了，这是第二次了，我没得罪她，只因为我来自中国，我就没有选择的权利，你就要鄙视我？

Coach emma is very enthusiastic, and always positive. We enjoy her work out sessions. We enjoy using the app and how you can book in advance. Don't think they should charge their members for the heart monitors though. Their system with the heart rate monitors are a great concept and keeps you working harder for your goals.

Give it up for the front desk staff! They are well deserving of a great review. I’m always calling with questions. So many of them have a positive attitude and paying attention to the small details such at stations you like, remembering you by name, or following up on conversations y’all had. It feels nice when they’re genuine. Shout out to Maddie who helped me since day one & recently made me a congratulations card for my 30th OTF class!

I love working out at OTF! Staff are friendly and the coaches are incredibly helpful and always provide the motivation needed to push forward. Their guidance and encouragement make a huge difference in improving skills and confidence. Highly recommend!

I love OTF. All the staff makes you feel so welcomed, and the coaches really keep you motivated. This is the first place in over 13 years that has kept me actively going. I passed my one year mark in January, and I have enjoyed every visit.
