This studio IS AMAZING. The front desk is so nice and helpful and the coaches are amazing. I read these reviews before I visited & I think people complaining about basic studio policies is dumb. I think that all of the policies and rules of the studio are the same at almost every gym, ever. I had a great experience and I would definitely go back.
Shoutout to Erich, for leading great 3G sessions on weekends. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly coach , answering your questions during intense sessions with patience, as well as notices and corrects any issues with your form and posture. Me and my wife enjoy hitting the weekend orange theory sessions here with Erich, and bonus points for his peppy music playlist too!
