There has been a recent revamp and management change and I love that we are seeing more and more classes on the schedule and more coaches being brought in. The coaches and staff members are all very welcoming and energetic! The place is well kept and always decorated, which makes working out fun and something to look forward to after a long workday. I love the improvements and can't wait to see more of what's to come!
This is by far the worst studio i have ever joined. It’s expensive, have very unprofessional coaches, and no respect for our schedule. Most of the morning and Friday classes are already gone. Whatever classes are there are led by different coaches or keep getting cancelled. Also the coaches who run this studio dont know much. They need to upskill significantly. Lately, switched to sunnyvale downtown which is far better and coaches are very professional and know their stuff.
Very disappointing experience. They never informed me about the 30-day cancellation policy before I signed up. It feels like they only care about taking your money. I had a genuine medical condition and explained my situation, but they showed no understanding or flexibility. They insisted on a doctor’s letter, but my fertility clinic was unable to provide one.
