Greatest thing about OTF is that they are everywhere. Today was my first visit to the Monticello unit. Out of the 15ish studios I've been to, they have the best shower (multiple hooks AND a bench - should be easy, but it's rare!). Also the newest treadmills, and a kickass playlist.
Very disappointed. In the past four months, different coaches cancelled class three times at the last minute, and the studio never provides a solution or backup. I schedule my day around these classes and even cancel other plans to attend. It’s frustrating to just lose that time. What’s unfair is that members get charged a late cancellation fee within 8 hours, but when the studio cancels last minute, As a Premier member，I get nothing in return—just wasted time. Got the free trial. The staff was very helpful in accommodating me even though I selected the wrong branch while booking in a hurry. Coach was helpful too
OT Monticello is a great place to get an "all in one" challenging but rewarding workout. Coaches are helpful, energetic, encouraging and have great playlists, which makes the classes more enjoyable. Front desk are always friendly and willing to help as well. My only complaint would be parking, so just prepare. Other than that, it's great place for community and establishing a healthy lifestyle!
