I have been going to the location in Vienna VA since they opened and have only good things to say!! The staff is the BEST! Front desk and coaches! They even remember my birthday every year and called to check in when I had to skip a class due to a family emergency to make sure everything was ok/let me know they were thinking about me. My husband goes with me and he loves the place too. He joined just to help motivate me to go back (had taken a break) about 9 months ago and now he goes more than I do!
