I never thought group classes were for me until I started going to Orange Theory. This location close to Fairfax Circle has great coaches that motivate you and an amazing caring staff. The space is clean and the classes are fun and engaging for cardio. I'm not the most fit person and I love how the classes are easily adaptable depending on ones fitness level, so you can make it as challenging or dial back down when needed. And the coaches cheer on everybody regardless where they're at in their fitness journey.

Coaches like Peyton are what makes OTF different and better than other studios truly one of the best to ever do it!!
