Shoutout to Orange Theory Ramsey and especially to Coach Nolan, the human equivalent of a double shot of espresso with biceps. I’ve never been more hyped to run into cardiac distress! We visited from out of town and from the moment you walk in, it’s good vibes, great playlists, and the kind of encouragement that makes you want to row and run even harder (who even am I?).
OTF Ramsey has the best coaches and front desk! Always look forward to a great workout!
