Although I love the workouts and specifically Q as a trainer, I’m leaving a dissatisfied review due to a promotion that was offered to me by the manager Kailee that never fell through. In September she called me multiple times to get me to enroll in their unlimited plan ($189 a month) and due to the promotion they were offering at the time I was told I would receive a $100 Amazon gift card . This studio is by far the best gym in Macon. I love the workouts and the staff. The theory behind the heartbeat zones makes perfect sense to me and I can tailor my workout to hit certain goals. The staff is friendly, motivating, and just plain fun! -Sandy
Never, ever thought I would enjoy the gym as much as I enjoy OTF-Macon but I honestly love it. Great workout. Great community.
