The customer service here is fantastic. I’ve had to reschedule my trial class several times due to unforeseen illness. The staff have been nothing but understanding, kind and professional in helping me reschedule and book again. Just so kind and helpful. They haven’t made me feel like an inconvenience and have been absolutely great. I’m even more excited to take a class now!

Cannot say enough great things about OTF downtown Greenville! Every time I come to work out at this studio, I feel so much better, mentally and physically, thanks to the encouraging coaches and front desk staff, as well as members.
