I signed up for a free workout and was unexpectedly charged $22.60. When I asked to reschedule, I was told the fee was non-refundable. The experience felt misleading, and I would not recommend this gym.
Very Disappointed with the Refund Policy!! We were told during sign-up that there is a 10-day full refund policy if we decide to cancel. We canceled well within that period, yet they deducted $60–$65 for just two classes — something that was never communicated to us beforehand. This feels very misleading and not at all what was promised. Really disappointed with the lack of transparency. I hope they improve their communication and treat future customers fairly.

After years of not working out, I finally signed up for a trial class here in Feb, and it turned out to be the motivation I needed. The workout routines, the cleanliness, the staff, and the coaches all contribute to a great experience, making me look forward to every session. Even when I'm away for a week or two, I miss it because I know how good I'll feel afterward. Overall, I feel much stronger, healthier, and better about myself. Thank you, Orange Theory you guys are incredible!
