After years of not working out, I finally signed up for a trial class here in Feb, and it turned out to be the motivation I needed. The workout routines, the cleanliness, the staff, and the coaches all contribute to a great experience, making me look forward to every session. Even when I'm away for a week or two, I miss it because I know how good I'll feel afterward. Overall, I feel much stronger, healthier, and better about myself. Thank you, Orange Theory you guys are incredible!
I completed 331 classes at the Orangetheory Fitness studio at York Mills and had an incredibly positive experience. The coaches are top-notch—knowledgeable, motivating, and excellent at guiding you through each session to make it both effective and enjoyable. The studio is clean and well-maintained. OTF was a perfect pivot point for me—somewhere between a regular gym and personal training, but at a far more reasonable price.
