RUN! Worst customer service EVER! Good workout but if you need any changes or to talk to anyone your screwed. The front desk girl hung up on me and it took 3 months to get my membership updated.
I can confidently say that Orangetheory in Castro Valley and San Leandro is outstanding! From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with incredible warmth and energy. it's been a while since I stepped foot inside a gym so it was a bit daunting when I first decided to join Orangetheory again! but im so glad i did and that cv otf is my home location! i used to go to OTF in downtown sj while I was in school. during that time i really enjoyed the concept of just locking in for an hr with someone guiding me through the entire time to ensure that i was doing each movement correctly. so coming back to this program was honestly an easier transition for me- the coaches and staff here are also real... read more
