Absolutely horrible experience. If you ever try to cancel, they try to make it as difficult as possible. There are fees, they try to get you to freeze your account, and make it impossible to cancel. Do not make the mistake of signing a contract or joining. They will keep charging your account and then send you to collections if you refuse. I warned you.

Worst experience ever! I was told that I would not be charged again after canceling my membership and I have been charged again and again despite multiple calls and emails. Do not provide your credit card details. I just saw a lot of reviews from other people regarding the same issue they experienced regarding membership cancellation.
