I love this studio. Super friendly and good music!
Front desk is very uncooperative and unhelpful. My sisters and I were very excited to take a class here together — only, we didn't get to. Despite having been to Orangetheory classes at other locations before, apparently, you still have to arrive 15 minutes before class to get a studio walkthrough because it's a different studio. Because we only arrived 5 minutes early to class, they said they didn't have time to do a studio walkthrough with us; and since we wouldn't get the best experience possible without the walkthrough, ... read more
They are very unprofessional and uncooperative. The people at the front desk are not good, which has been said in other reviews too. The front desk is extremely uncooperative. I know for a fact that they were able to cancel the membership of my friend with much less than 30 days notice, and I am giving more than 20 days notice, but they still want to do one more month even though I won't be available next month.
