OTF Nanaimo is amazing! The staff are excellent and so helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been going there since Sept and with the coaches guidance, I have improved physically far more than I thought I would. They really know how to push you in a way that isn’t scary and they really celebrate your success. This is an amazing fitness facility and if you’re on the fence about trying their free first class, just do it. You’ll love it!
The studio is very clean & has a great vibe! The team is also very welcoming and displays a high level of care. I highly recommend visiting this studio.

BE VERY CAREFUL when joining this facility and more importantly when you try to cancel. I got injured my second class in and canceled right away. Bill told me over the phone that it was no problem to cancel and he would do it for me. They continued to charge me monthly. I called again, Bill again told me the same thing. "All good. I've done that for you." Still continued to charge me until I called a third time and was very firm in my desire to cancel.
