I would strongly caution anyone considering Orangetheory Fitness. Their cancellation process is deliberately difficult—you can’t cancel over the phone or online like most gyms. If you try to cancel, the manager is never in. They also charge 2 months of your membership to cancel. The regional manager Ty Tyndale has also blocked all contact and still is attempting toto charge my account. They WILL attempt to sue or send to collections if you refuse. All the coaches are really good, but Olivia is my favorite—she’s the perfect example of what a coach should be. The equipment is clean, and I like the studio’s vibe and policies.
Find that this location will say anything to get you signed on initially, how their so flexible and understanding that “life happens” but then will find any opportunity once you have signed on to charge you fees.
Came from afar and super unaccomodating
Orangetheory is more than just a gym, it’s a community that is representative of a family that cares about each other’s well being. As a result, my life and the lives of our members are better for it. 🧡
