There are some positives and some negatives. Positives: The trainers are good. Eddie is my fav. Gamification makes it more motivating. The fitness tracker they provide is a game changer for motivation and pacing. If you take premium membership, you can visit other branches too. Negatives: Expensiv and we get fined for being late by 5 mins.( my wife was not let in at 5 min 15 secs after class). But they don't follow it sometimes making it non uniform/ subjective. Today I couldn't attend the class because I was on wait-list and someone who was late (after 5 min cutoff) was let in. When my wife was late by a few seconds in the previous instance, she was not let in. If you want to follow a rule, follow it religiously for everyone. There are some positives and some negatives.
