Had a very productive workout, thanks to Jacob!! His energy was awesome and his music choices made the class so much more fun! I will definitely be coming to more of Jacobs classes :D
I would strongly caution anyone considering Orangetheory Fitness. Their cancellation process is deliberately difficult—you can’t cancel over the phone or online like most gyms. If you try to cancel, the manager is never in. They also charge 2 months of your membership to cancel. The regional manager Ty Tyndale has also blocked all contact and still is attempting toto charge my account. They WILL attempt to sue or send to collections if you refuse. I recently joined this location and I have been an off and on member to OTF since 2019. I love the concept of metabolic training and have noticed my body change in ways I never thought it would. The team at the front desk have been so welcoming and all the coaches are great! I highly suggest you try a workout at the studio!
