I'm not against orange theory, it's a great place with great staff and I really like how the treadmill section is based on your heart rate, but I got charged for two months more than I wanted because of their cancellation policy. I got an ad saying "one month free" so of course I signed up. It ended up being a one month money back guarantee. Amazing! Studio is updated and lovely to workout in. And everyone is so kind, supportive, and welcoming. I’ve been to other studios when I travel and this was my favorite one to visit so far! New ownership is crushing it!
This company has no regard for people. They cold call trying to get business. I was cold called at 6am on my one day to sleep in! This is completely unacceptable. I don’t even live in the state they are located in and have never lived there. I hope they change their practices as telemarketers are not liked by anyone
