This studio is amazing! I have been a member for over a year now and am jogging/running twice the distance as when I started! Your first class can be intimidating, but you catch on quickly! The coaches are encouraging and positive and offer modifications if necessary. They help you set goals and hold you accountable. I highly recommend trying Orangetheory! It may just be your happy place
