I been going for a little over a year and still love it everyday. It’s been a game changer for me. I’ve met new friends, I’m feeling better both mentally and physically, and I’ve dropped around 25lb. I love just needing to show up. I don’t need to plan a workout or think about any of that. Just show up, do the work, and head home. The staff and coaches are awesome and extremely helpful.
