I’ve been doing regular drop-in sessions here whenever my wife goes. Even though we’re busy rowing or running next to each other, I still treat it as a shared experience. The workouts are always fun and challenging and the beauty is they’re a fit for any level of training- my wife is a starter and I’m more of a “veteran” having trained for more than 20 years of my life.
