I just wanted to give a huge shout to Samya at the front desk. She’s always so friendly, welcoming, and takes the time to talk and check in with me when I arrive. Have been working out at orange theory for awhile, results speak for itself, classes are self driven and you get what you put into it. Coaches are great and friendly. Marc is interactive and very helpful and gave me solutions for my fitness needs.
Love OrangeTheory Barrhaven! What a lovely community! The owner and head coach Wendy is a delight, as well as the other coaches who are very supportive and motivating. I love that all I need to do is show up and do the work. I also like seeing my heart rate on the screen, so I have a visual of how intense I’m going, and whether I push harder or stay in a certain zone.
