Orangetheory Fitness has an incredible team and amazing coaches! They’re always motivating, supportive, and full of energy. Every class feels like a personal challenge, and the positive atmosphere keeps you coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking to push their limits in a fun, structured environment! Tried a class today at Orangetheory Merivale. Staff was super warm , welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in supporting my health goals. Workout might be a challenge for beginners but was approachable for those with a bit of a fitness base trying to get back into a routine. The heart rate monitors also provide in the moment feedback and metrics, which can be helpful for folks trying to become more serious
I visited this studio and the staff Matteo and Eleni were great . Clean and amazing location . Also free parking in back
