Tried a class today at Orangetheory Merivale. Staff was super warm , welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in supporting my health goals. Workout might be a challenge for beginners but was approachable for those with a bit of a fitness base trying to get back into a routine. The heart rate monitors also provide in the moment feedback and metrics, which can be helpful for folks trying to become more serious
