Great experience overall. I initially signed up for the 1 trial class. The marketing team does call you several times to setup your first class but if you say you need some time, they stop calling until you are ready. I like that the team was available through text or phone anytime. When I finally set up my first free class, I went half an hour earlier than the class start and was greeted warmly by Maddy.
