App did not let me to book a class with unlimited US membership. I was willing to pay extra so I contacted the gym through email and never answered/replied back. Horrible customer service and experience.
Visiting from the DC area, USA. Very friendly studio. Luke was an AWESOME coach! Luke was energetic and took his time to help clients with proper form, getting them heavier weights when needed. Disappointed they were not selling any OTF Vancouver/Canada branded gear, I would've purchased one of everything! Definitely drop by if you are in the area and need!
The usual OTF experience and customer services we know and love. Love the Davie St area as well, such a welcoming community. Took 1 star off since I noticed this studio desperately needs new equipment. I understand some items are expensive to replace and will be used until they completely break, but mini bands, mats, dumbbells' bars etc. should be easier to update. This is a luxury gym after all.
