Horrible experience,the manager is awful fill of lies ,she lied that my refund was processing when it ws over the period of time and i called the studio about not receiving mt refrud back they said it wasn't processed now I have to wait another 5 days to get my refund which I have been trying for weeks I was totally pushed to get the membership when I explained it number of times I need time to think about then I told them to start my start date a bit late cause of my own issues they still picked up the money from my account... read more
I had a very dissapointing experience with store manager - Tyshawnna. They clearly need better management of the studio. Consider other locations.
I joined OTF in August 2024 and my experience with OTF North Delta has been Fantastic! From the time you enter those doors to the time you leave it’s nothing but positive vibes and support. Coach Komal brings so much hype to the class her classes are so much fun and she’s always motivating you she never disappoints, coach Andy and Ish are great especially on specialty classes 😊 the 5am classes with coach Carlos are always a wicked class to start your day.
