The workouts were great with a lot of variety. It's especially great for someone looking to do HIIT or cardio based workouts. The heartrate monitor was a waste of money and most of the time a distraction. It's the basis of the workouts but I more often than not didn't use one. I stopped going because of their secretive pricing policy which is never listed anywhere.

Orange theory has promoted such a positive overall lifestyle change for me! Would definitely recommend to anyone as it’s great for all fitness levels.
