The trainers are great, reception is great, this one star is for the management. If you are busy and struggle with commitment, please do not go with the 6 month commitment. Its a $20 difference but if you were to cancel before 6 months are up, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $20 per month for remaining months and you will either have to pay the next month fee as well or if you have just begun the new month, there is no refund for that. Orangetheory Fitness provides a great workout space with terrific classes and warm front a front desk team. It is a space designed for all fitness levels and allows me to work out on my own at my own pace - or to get some coaching - or take some classes.
