I really enjoy Orange Theory workouts and the coaches at this studio are great. However, I’ve had some disappointing experiences with the customer service and billing. When I purchased a two-week unlimited special, my pre-purchased passes were incorrectly deducted each time I booked a class. It took multiple requests before the issue was fixed.
