I really enjoy Orange Theory workouts and the coaches at this studio are great. However, I’ve had some disappointing experiences with the customer service and billing. When I purchased a two-week unlimited special, my pre-purchased passes were incorrectly deducted each time I booked a class. It took multiple requests before the issue was fixed. Love it ! Staff and trainers are all so friendly and made me comfortable! I usually focus more on heavy weight training, and I joined OTF to help with cardio. I am loving it! Highly recommend !
Wanted to give it a try, booked a class and got an email that it was changed to another type of class. Decided to cancel that class and was going to book another, but the persistent calls/voicemails is a bit much. Makes me regret giving them my information. If I am ready to book a class, I will book a class. Calling me everyday, sometimes several times a day, is not going to make me want to come in.
