The coaches are amazing, and I genuinely enjoyed the workouts. Unfortunately, my experience with management was very disappointing. The person who signed me up did not fully explain the cancellation policy. I take responsibility for trusting that the information provided was complete and transparent. When I went in to cancel, I was told everything was fine and was asked to sign paperwork. The Manager here treated my wife terrible when she worked here, unfortunately calling her names/bullying. I’d recommend not coming to this location as the management team seems very lousy and unprofessional.
My strong recommendation: do not trust ORANGE THEORY – RIVERBEND. My wife has not been their client for almost 3 months, yet they still had her credit information in their system and kept charging her, apparently hoping we wouldn’t notice. Why should they keep the credit info of former clients? When I called, they said it was a mistake — can you believe that? I do not recommend this place to anyone, as I’ve seen this kind of behavior from them more than once.
This facility has created such a great community. Desk staff members are always welcoming and helpful. Coaches are personable and knowledgeable and make working out so much fun!
