If zero stars were an option, that would be my rating for this location. As a business owner, I understand that not every request can be accommodated. However, successful businesses recognize when reasonable flexibility is necessary and make a genuine effort to address their clients’ needs. This is an awesome OTF- especially since it has plenty of parking! My fave coach is coach Garmen! Garmen truly loves to push people’s limits especially when I would try and go light when she knew I could handle the 30-35lbs weights for lower body. You can tell Garmen loves her job and wants to keep everyone motivated compared some other coaches who are quiet or don’t feel as enthusiastic about your progress. I love Orange Theory. It has been a game-changer for me. But over the past year, the equipment at this studio has gone from bad to worse and the owner seems completely unwilling to do a thing about it. There are always at least one or two treadmills and/or rowers that are broken. And, some that aren't officially broken, stop/glitch-out mid-workout. Even the mats are original to the studio...in other words, at least four years old. And they look their age. We have asked the owner to upgrade the equipment, but get no response.... read more
