the most amazing staff, you feel so welcomed from the time you walk in the door. Even with my restrictions Amanda and Rebecca are so accommodating, they give me modified workouts the give me the same results.
Worst quality of instructors among all locations I have attended so far. Music volume is so high that it gets hard to listen and follow especially if your mother tongue is not English. Told about my foot issue but instructor completely ignored me.
Review on behalf of Ashley Thompson. Orange theory fitness is a game changer for me. I joined at the end of October after some health concerns with weight gain and anxiety. Its not almost 2 months after and I am a new woman. My clothes fit again and I haven't changed my eating habits, but i am toning up and losing inches and weight.
