Very poor experience, disappointed in their customer service and communication. Really lacks communication. Would not recommend. Long story short, trying to work on transferring/refunding passes as I no longer need them. Been communicating with the manager and refuses to give refund of any sort, mentions in an email that "it would be a loss of revenue to us so we won't be able to do that." I absolutely loved my experience at Orangetheory! Having been a member for two and half months , I've thoroughly enjoyed all the classes and found every coach to be amazing. However, I want to give a special shout-out to Coach Liz, who consistently goes above and beyond. You go girl!!
