I’ve reviewed before but updating my review because I’ve been attending for a few years now (3Y in Dec). The difference between a fitness instructor I’ve experienced in the past and the OTF Coaches are that the coaches know you like a (sports) coach should. The OTF coaches are in tune with what you need and what you can potentially do to push yourself in any class. I love this location as it is 10 mins away from where I live. Although the construction in front of the gym is quite inconvenient for people wanting to park in front of the gym. Chloe and Bruce have done a wonderful job with introducing me to orangetheory fitness. I would love to attend another class of Bruce’s. when I have the time. The OTF burn device cost is about $104.
