I was VERY skeptical at first about a group fitness class. I did a free trial to check it out and it is literally life changing. I absolutely love not having to plan my workouts and the cardio kicks my butt (in a really good way)! They’re super challenging workouts if you make them, but you can also dial it back if needed. The energy in these classes are SO much fun! The coaches and staff at the Callingwood location are so friendly - they’re literally all amazing. This location has a great atmosphere, a great community, and great workouts, but if you must cancel your membership, the cancellation process is drawn out for days. I can no longer attend classes, as a family member is ill and needs a caretaker. I called thrice to cancel my membership only to be told “I will send an email once I speak to my manager.” every time. I have yet to receive an email 4 days later, which is frustrating. Better customer service would be appreciated. My experience aside from this has been great.
