Love this place! Finally found a workout I can stay consistent at The team is incredible and friendly and motivating, I really enjoy the challenges, benchmarks, and different themes that keep things interesting. It’s such a welcome place for beginners without judgment or pressure. I really enjoy that I don’t have to think about planning a workout, just show up and I know I’ll have a harder workout than I would’ve done alone. 🧡🧡🧡

Fantastic experience ..Sam was so great..her enthusiasm and joy was contagious. The 2 free try outs are wonderful opportunity to learn about otf. I would love to join when I can afford the membership, it's really great. The time flies.
Could use better ventilation as it tends to get very... moist in there but otherwise a great place with great trainers and a great workout.
