Love my Orange Theory. The hardest thing to do is show up. Once I'm there I am swept up by enthusiastic clear instructions and evidence based activities. It's never the same workout twice. And I'm getting results! I go to 4 different gyms based on my schedule and location. I have never been turned away from a too full class. 12/10 recommend
