Very disappointing experience with the management at this studio. My membership has always been from the 10th to the 10th, and I was clearly told I could book within that cycle. I had 6 sessions left and wanted to use 5 of them, but one of the sessions fell on the 10th. Suddenly they told me I had to pay an extra $20. Even the staff at the front desk initially confirmed that my cycle was 10th to 10th, then after checking again they changed their story to 10th to 9th.
