Amazing experience at OTF Laval! The atmosphere is motivating, the workouts are challenging, and the coaches truly care about helping you improve and push yourself. A special shoutout to Coach Laura, she is always energetic, dynamic, and incredibly motivating. She constantly pushes us to go beyond our limits while making every class fun and engaging. Her positivity and encouragement make a huge difference every workout. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get stronger, healthier, and stay motivated!
