Obsessed with OrangeTheory since joining in 2022 in NYC. I absolutely love the workouts at Orangetheory Fitness! The energy is incredible, and the staff at New Haven, CT were supportive and motivating during my visit. Every session pushes me to be my best, and I leave feeling accomplished and stronger. Highly recommend this place! Shout out to Sales Associates Tory, Melinda, Dionel and coaches Tyler and Heidi for their extreme support.
OTF Napa is hands down one of the best fitness studios I have ever trained at. Incredible coaches, an extremely helpful staff, and a friendly and welcoming community. 3-4 Orange Theory classes per week and I'm the best shape of my life.
I’ve been to a few studios around the country and none compare to OTF New Haven! Everyone, from the staff to the coaches to the members, is incredibly kind and helpful. Proud to call this my home studio!
