I have nothing but amazing things to say about this studio. All the coaches are PREMIUM and the manager, Madi, is so kind, helpful, and accommodating. OTF UA is my safe haven and I love even more I have an excuse to see my best friend here so often too. I live in Bexley and will go out of my way every time to make this my go to studio. Forever grateful for the team here!

Grandview is my home location, but I always go to the UA studio 1x a week just for a change. I've only ever had Claire as an instructor and she's amazing. Always brings great energy to the class. The front desk staff are always so nice too.

I love Orange Theory workouts but there is a lack of customer service at this particular studio that is really disappointing. I cannot recommend this studio. Instead, I would recommend training at the Grandview studio. There, I felt like the coaches and staff treated me like family.

I really love the workout...I didn't try it for a long time because I was worried it would be too intense, but it really is as hard as you want to make it...its a great workout and the instructors and front staff are very personable and welcoming.
