Orangetheory Holland is a great place to meet your health goals. The coaches and staff are helpful and supportive. The place is clean. They have a way of making working out fun!
It is the best workout experience I have ever had. Everyone is so encouraging about reaching your own personal goals. All of the coaches are wonderful and work with you on modifications if needed. The workouts are constantly changing so you never get bored. I have been a member for 7 years and have no plans of stopping now! Everyone is welcome here regardless of fitness level, sign up for the free class and thank yourself later!
I’ve been to a couple of other orange theory Studios in the US and definitely am thankful for my studio in Holland MICHIGAN. It’s friendly, clean, and almost always nice and upbeat! Thank you, Orangetheory fitness Holland for doing what you do!
I LOVE OrangeTheory. The workout program is intense or as moderate as you need it to be. The trainers are all super nice and helpful with guiding you and ensuring your form is good. The music changes every minute or so and is excellent! The front staff is also super kind and greets you so you feel special. I only go once a week since I workout at home as well and I love it!
Great gym. Great coaches. I enjoy my workout every time. Even when it kicks my butt.
