I love this class great workout very energetic set group of people.
I’m not even sure where to start, I love it all. I hate to be dramatic, but it’s life changing. Their service is exceptional. The trainers seen to really care about my fitness goal and they are there to help me every step of the way. They answed any questions I have and help me with my form so that I execute the workouts property . I feel I ‘m able to go at my own pace and am getting the best training!
I spoke to the Riverview studio about cancelling my membership back in March of this year. They talked me into placing my account on hold. Then in May, someone from the Riverview studio called to tell me that since my account had already been on hold for two months, they would only allow me to keep it on hold one more month. I love this place, can’t get enough. I thought it would be too tough with a mask but I’ve learned I cannot stay away, it’s the best workout around!!
Great company, great staff, great workout! The membership is worth every cent. I can't recommend it enough!
Honestly, the gym experience was a five. Great instructors, fello gym goers and classes. The reason why my rating of this gym leans towards the negative is due to administrstional issues and poor communication. When I was forced to cancel my membership due to a injury during class combined with the cost of attending, I understood that I had to pay for another month of membership. Very disappointed in what started off as an amazing experience! First off let me state...The coaches here are amazing, the management staff on the other hand, a JOKE! Charged my account to a friends cc in error for 2 months...I brought it to their attention as I noticed something wasn't right in my account. The young girl who signed us up was sweet as could be and very apologetic for her error and contacted a manager.
