I would also avoid. The trainers are good but the business itself not so much. They either intentionally make it extremely difficult to cancel or are just incompetent at operating a business. my contract states that i can send them a notice of cancellation by email and so I've sent multiple notices and they refuse to respond to any of them. I was trying to cancel my membership since April. I called the studio and said that I want to cancel it, but I was suggested that I could freeze my membership instead. I did take their advice and froze it. Later when the freezing period was about to end I called in on June 19th to cancel my plan and I was told that the person that answered the call cannot do that and said that I’d get a call back from the studio head. I would avoid. They force you to sign a waiver when you sign up for a 4 class pack. You’d think that’d be 4 classes, right? Nope! Renews every month. They didn’t mention that at all while signing. My wife noticed after 3 months not going, and called. 0 refunds and extremely poor customer service. Classes here are fine but Lions Den across the highway is a WAY better option that isn’t corporate like this and supports local.
