I've visited several Orangetheory studios, and Old Town Alexandria stands out as the best. The coaches here are top-notch, providing effective workouts and a motivating and supportive atmosphere. They truly make every session feel personalized, pushing you to your limits while ensuring safety. The studio itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment to focus on your fitness goals.
I came here from out of town for the 6:15 AM class, really nice people and a good vibe in the studio! Would definitely come back if I’m ever in the area.
I’ve been a member at this location off and on for some years now. I’ve since rejoined 2024, and this place never skips a beat. All time high frequency energy input from many of the trainers/coaches ie coach Evie & Coach John really transport you to some place galactic. Their high energy is super galactic, but sadly one of their elite coaches is transferring to a new city, but like life… all things must change, and evolve.
