we love OTF and we love our OTF Home Studio in Frisco. We look forward to our wholesome workout where we get cardio and strength together in one session. We have very nice front desk folks who greet your warmly and then all the lovely coaches who make sure we gain something every class.
I’ve been going to OT Frisco for about 9 years on and off. The staff is always energetic, helpful and friendly! In the last year I have progressed from power walking to running and have lost almost 15 pounds. This place is the best workout in town!
I absolutely love Orange theory! The staff is very welcoming and know you by name. The equipment and atmosphere is clean and well kept. The workouts are well planned and coached well. Highly recommend!
So grateful to have met this wonderful group and community here in Frisco to get a push back to my fitness journey - the staff/ coaches have been beyond kind and so friendly to get to personally know you - it has been a good push and motivation for someone who’s never done high intensity interval work outs!
